Not only did the staff return my forgotten belongings promptly and with a smile, but they also went above and beyond to ensure I had access to ironing facilities whenever needed. the heating in the room was perfect, keeping me warm and cozy during my entire stay. the tea and coffee facilities in the room were well stocked and provided a nice touch for a relaxing evening. the sitting area and dining table were both spacious and comfortable, allowing me to unwind and enjoy my meals in peace. As someone who values cleanliness, I was thrilled to find a washing machine in the room, making it easy for me to freshen up my clothes after a long day of exploring the city. the electric kettle was also a convenient addition, perfect for brewing a cup of tea in the morning before heading out. the flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added a touch of luxury to the room, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I couldn't have been more impressed with my experience at this hotel - from the attentive staff to the impeccable amenities, everything exceeded my high expectations.
